If you are not at home when your order is delivered, your Postman may leave the parcel in a suitable location, otherwise they will leave a note letting you know that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. In the case of a Courier delivery, they may also leave the parcel or they will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery time.
You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.
DoggyTopia has products flying off the shelves every day, we do our very best to re-order before we sell out but sometimes we cant keep up. If an item you want is out of stock, please enter your email address in the box provided and click "email me" button. We re-order stock daily so if there is a delay in any product being back, this is likely due to where our supplier is located as we get stock from many different locations overseas and in Australia.
Yes, providing we haven't yet shipped out your order. As we try and pack all orders as soon as possible, please contact us straight away if you'd like us to hold your order or plan to add more items to it so it isn't sent out for delivery until you have done your changes or added more items.
Unfortunately we can not apply discount codes after orders have been placed and processed. But if you have forgotten to apply a code, please email usso we can supply you with a new discount code to use on your next order.
Items placed in your shopping cart, unfortunately, are not held or reserved for you until you submit your order completely, if this happens we will contact you and offer you a refund on the item or to hold your order till the item arrives.

Return any item within 30 days providing it's in it's original condition that doesn't fit and we'll give you a store credit so you can order another size (or get swayed by a different item that might have caught your eye).
Your credit will be the original purchase price minus any shipping costs you might have had to pay, and you can spend it bit by bit on lower cost items, all at once on an identically priced item, or put it towards the cost of nice luxury for you and your dog.

Impulse buying – we’ve all been there. You can return your items within 14 days* and we’ll issue you a store credit for the same amount minus any shipping charges.
If the item was a gift for someone or their fur baby, they can’t return it on the sly, though. Because we’re only able to credit the account of the person who actually did the buying, you’ll have to have that awkward conversation so the giver can return it for something more suitable. But we’re all adults here that is unless the fussy one in question is still running around trying to chase their tail.
UNACCEPTABLE! The parcel was obviously too irresistible not to shake. If you could take a photograph or two showing the damage and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org we’ll get onto a replacement or refund right away.
