This LED Torch Waste Bag Dispenser is a handy tool to have while walking your furry friend in the early mornings or late at night.
No longer need to juggle with loose bags and a separate torch, this combined LED Torch and waste bag dispenser easily clips onto your dog's leash, your belt loop or bag.
The Bag Dispenser comes with 1 roll of 15 biodegradable waste bags and 3 LED lights built into the torch to brightly, light up your pathway. Includes batteries and clip.
To use the dispenser, simply remove the base, slip the roll of dog-waste bags inside, and reattach the base.
