Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed to any address due to various issues that may affect the delivery netowork.
Selecting Express Post option does not guarantee next day delivery. While we will send it using the Australia Post Express service, sometimes Australia Post can still take longer. We can’t refund the postage cost to you if Australia Post do not deliver the next day.

This applies to international orders onlyWe cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country according to their own rules & regulations. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
DoggyTopia is not liable for any customs taxes or duties.
Also note, as a registered business we are unable to ship international orders as a ‘gift’ and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’.

- We ship via either Australia Post or Courier depending on who offers the best and most efficient service to you location.
- Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes!
- Shipping times are based on the day of despatch, not the purchase date.
- If you place an order during the weekends, it will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday depending on volume of orders.
- Please allow 1- 3 business days to pack your order.
- If an order is “return to sender” due to incorrect delivery address or failure to collect delivery from local post office or courier outlet, re-delivery may incur a return to sender fee and freight charge prior to dispatch. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
