These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products and services. By accessing or purchasing from DoggyTopia, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “DoggyTopia”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to DoggyTopia Pty Ltd (ABN 65 637 955 723).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order with DoggyTopia, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to make purchases using the payment method provided;
  • you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Availability

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate. However:

  • colours may vary between screens and devices;
  • product sizing may vary between brands and products;
  • packaging may change from time to time;
  • availability is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities purchased;
  • refuse or cancel orders;
  • discontinue products at any time;
  • correct pricing, image or description errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including selected third-party payment providers such as Afterpay, PayPal, Zip and Shopify Payments.

By placing an order, you authorise DoggyTopia to charge the full order amount including shipping and applicable fees.

5. Promotional Codes & Discounts

From time to time, DoggyTopia may offer promotional discounts, sales or coupon codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • discount codes cannot be combined or stacked;
  • promotions exclude gift cards and selected products/categories;
  • promotions are valid only during the advertised period;
  • promotions may be changed, extended or cancelled at any time without notice;
  • discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.

DoggyTopia reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where promotional codes have been misused.

6. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credits issued by DoggyTopia:

  • are issued in Australian Dollars;
  • are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • do not expire unless required by law;
  • may only be redeemed through our website;
  • cannot be resold without written permission.

If an order purchased using store credit or a gift card is refunded or cancelled, the refund may be returned as store credit at DoggyTopia’s discretion unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Shipping & Delivery

DoggyTopia ships within Australia and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • shipping timeframes are controlled by the relevant carrier;
  • delays may occur outside our control;
  • shipping risk transfers to the carrier upon dispatch;
  • ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • courier delays;
  • weather events;
  • customs processing;
  • carrier disruptions;
  • incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is lost or delayed, DoggyTopia may investigate the matter with the shipping provider before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties;
  • taxes;
  • import fees;
  • local compliance requirements;
  • customs clearance costs.

DoggyTopia is not responsible for delays, refusals, confiscations or additional charges imposed by international customs authorities.

9. Authority To Leave (ATL)

If a customer selects Authority To Leave (ATL) or requests unattended delivery:

  • the customer accepts all risk once the parcel is delivered;
  • DoggyTopia and the shipping carrier are not responsible for theft, loss or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been booked, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

DoggyTopia reserves the right to cancel orders where:

  • products are unavailable;
  • pricing errors occur;
  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected;
  • reseller or marketplace misuse is identified;
  • shipping restrictions apply.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

DoggyTopia complies with the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under the ACL.

Change of Mind Returns

We may offer store credit or exchanges for eligible change-of-mind returns where:

  • the return request is lodged within 30 days of delivery;
  • items are returned within 14 days of approval;
  • items are unused, unworn and in original condition;
  • original tags and packaging are included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, DoggyTopia does not accept returns for:

  • opened food or treats;
  • personalised/custom items;
  • used hygiene products;
  • items damaged through misuse;
  • clearance or final sale items where stated.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at sales@doggytopia.com.au with:

  • your order number;
  • photos of the item;
  • details of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy including repair, replacement or refund.

12. Pet Safety & Product Use

The safety and wellbeing of pets is extremely important to us. However, all pets use products differently.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their pet’s:

  • size;
  • breed;
  • chewing strength;
  • behaviour;
  • dietary sensitivities;
  • medical conditions.

DoggyTopia recommends pets are supervised while using:

  • toys;
  • enrichment products;
  • chews;
  • feeding accessories;
  • clothing;
  • carriers;
  • restraints and accessories.

Products may wear over time and should be inspected regularly.

Discontinue use immediately if a product becomes damaged.

DoggyTopia is not responsible for injuries, illness, allergic reactions, choking incidents, misuse or damage caused by improper use of products except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Information provided by DoggyTopia is general in nature and is not veterinary advice.

13. Sizing Responsibility

Sizing guides are provided as a general guide only.

Customers are responsible for checking measurements carefully before purchasing.

Dog breeds can vary significantly in shape and size, even within the same breed.

Where possible, customers should measure their pet directly rather than relying solely on breed recommendations.

14. Wholesale Terms

DoggyTopia may offer wholesale purchasing access at its discretion.

Wholesale accounts:

  • may not sell on Amazon, eBay, Etsy or other marketplaces without written approval;
  • may not reproduce or repackage DoggyTopia branded products;
  • may be suspended or terminated at any time at DoggyTopia’s discretion.

DoggyTopia reserves the right to refuse or revoke wholesale access without notice.

15. Marketplace & Reseller Restrictions

Products purchased from DoggyTopia may not be resold on third-party marketplaces including:

  • Amazon;
  • eBay;
  • Etsy;
  • Temu;
  • Catch;
  • Facebook Marketplace;
  • similar platforms,

without prior written consent from DoggyTopia.

Unauthorised resale may result in:

  • cancelled orders;
  • refusal of future orders;
  • removal of wholesale access;
  • legal action where appropriate.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • product descriptions;
  • images;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • branding;
  • text;
  • videos;
  • designs,

is owned by or licensed to DoggyTopia and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, distribute or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

17. Reviews, User Content & Social Media

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, comments or tagged social media content featuring DoggyTopia products, you grant DoggyTopia a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to:

  • repost content;
  • edit or crop content;
  • use content in marketing, emails, advertising and social media;
  • publish content on our website.

You confirm you own or have permission to share the content submitted.

DoggyTopia is not obligated to provide compensation for user-generated content.

18. Giveaways & Promotions

From time to time DoggyTopia may run competitions, giveaways or promotional campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions may be modified, suspended or cancelled at any time;
  • prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash;
  • winners are determined at DoggyTopia’s discretion;
  • entry requirements must be complied with fully;
  • fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified.

By entering a giveaway, participants may grant DoggyTopia permission to repost or use submitted content for promotional purposes.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms are not affiliated with or responsible for DoggyTopia promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Triple Whale;

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoggyTopia is not liable for:
