Refund & Exchange Policy 2022


Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Store credit applies for wrong size purchased or change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Please contact us first prior to returning your product as several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and gift cards are excluded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the purchase on your account.

To return a product, please send them back within 14 days of receiving your parcel to our address at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless agreed to by DoggyTopia prior to returning.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 14 days of receipt.

For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 14 days at and the item will be promptly replaced.

For any faulty or incorrect items, please contact, and we will guide you through this replacement process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If for any reason there is an issue with your order (missing or incorrect), please email a picture of your order to within 14 days of receipt and we will guide you through the replacement process.

REFUNDS (Not applicable for wrong size purchases or change of mind):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. 

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, normally within 3-4 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, credit card or other refunded method as it can often take some processing time for the refund to show up.
