Exchanges & Returns

Thank you for shopping with DoggyTopia. We hope you and your fur baby love your purchase, but just in case you don’t here’s everything you need to know about returns.

To be eligible for a return/exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging (if applicable).

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Print out a Returns Form, which can be found here.
  2. Fill out the Returns Form and put in parcel with your returned item(s) in original and unused condition with original packaging and send to:

*Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

CHANGE OF MIND

You can return your item(s) within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you an email.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Store credits are applied minus any shipping charges, shipping costs are non-refundable.

The DoggyTopia ‘Change Of Mind Policy’ does NOT apply to the following items due to health and hygiene reasons:

  • Earrings
  • Cushion Inserts
  • Grooming products
  • Food products

PURCHASED WRONG SIZE

If you purchased the wrong size, you can return your item(s) within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Store credits are applied minus any shipping charges, shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Store credit applies for wrong size purchased or change of mind.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will  notify you of the outcome of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. 

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund, we advise that you check your bank account, contact your credit card company or other refunded method as it can often take some processing time for the refund to show up. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@doggytopia.com.au

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please email us within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the damaged or faulty product to sales@doggytopia.com.au include your invoice number and name.

We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund pending on available stock.

 

MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ORDER

If for any reason there is an issue with your order, missing item or incorrect. Please email us within 7 days of receipt, providing a picture of your order to sales@doggytopia.com.au include your invoice number and name.

We will promptly work on solving the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on the following products:

  • Cushion Inserts
  • Grooming products
  • Food products
